| New Jersey: The Garden State |
|
New Jersey, the Garden State, is a pleasent mixture of highland mountains in the northwest, dramatic midstate rivers, valleys and beautiful farmlands, then leveling out toward the famed Jersey Shores in the east. The state boasts, and righfully so, of its beautiful coastline, its bays and barrier islands and a long line of historic lighthouses.
Noted as the crossroads of the American Revolution, New Jersey is also steeped in early American history, charming old towns and some of the oldest resort communities in America. |
